Guoneng Electric's newly released S20-M-800 10KV Oil-Immersed Power Transformer has broken the domestic record with its groundbreaking liquid cooling technology. This epoch-making distribution transformer is manufactured with the H-class insulation system following European process standards. Its no-load loss is 28% lower than that of traditional models, and it has successfully passed the EU CE-LVD directive certification, perfectly adapting to the power supply architectures of various European Box Transformers.

The innovatively designed double-layer honeycomb heat dissipation plate assembly achieves a noise level of ≤ 45 dB under working conditions while ensuring stable operation in an extremely cold environment of -40℃. Through deep integration with the intelligent Switch Cabinet, it can monitor the winding temperature, oil level, and insulation status in real time. Coupled with the IoT platform, it enhances the operation and maintenance efficiency by 60%. Currently, this product has been applied in the renovation project of the Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics venues, and a first export agreement of 200 units with the Spanish Elecnor Group has been signed.

Accurate test data from authoritative sources show that in an intelligent microgrid equipped with the same specification European Box Transformer, the new transformer network has increased the overall system energy efficiency to 98.7% and reduced the total life cycle maintenance cost by 42%.
